At Sewell Direct, we want to ensure your electronics projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your Sewell Direct account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking your RMA number, and drop the package off at your preferred carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technicians receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
